We decide to stop in Khor Virap, a village located only a few km away from the Turkish border, where we find a place just next to the monastery on the top of a little (cemetery) hill with the view on Mount Ararat – the highest mountain of Turkey, covered with clouds.
At the beautiful monastery an Armenian wedding is taking place – white doves flying over the church. Pretty romantic place.
