
Self build save stairs for motorhome
The entrance of our overland truck starts at 150cm.
We don’t want a separate staircase that you have to store somewhere and neither a staircase that you slide under the floor of the cabin because that needs another 10 cm extra height.
So we cut a aluminum folding stair in two. These stairs we can extract with only one hand and fold back the same way. The this advantage is the storagebox you need to store the stairs away.
We use it now for 3 years and it is a very stable way climb in and out the truck.
